Refund policy

Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital products once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, wrong purchase, or similar reasons.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our products are covered by statutory consumer guarantees, including that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for any disclosed purpose, and match their description.

If a digital product has a major failure (e.g., it is significantly unfit for purpose, unsafe, or substantially different from description), you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. For minor failures, we may offer repair (e.g., replacement file) or other fix. Contact us to assess any issue. We will respond in accordance with ACL requirements.
